The tall grass, Aristida x Stipa (or oat like) forms the bulk of the grass cover here. It is a beautiful grass 6-8 ft. high - but the leafy part only 2-3 ft. high ... a better and more general view [than previous image] - looking out over grassland and to trees in the back.
